 Taioku Mfg. is a bonded company established in 1987 in the Nankang Industrial Park in Nantou City, Taiwan. The product lineup includes primarily bicycles and USA Currie’s propulsion system electric bicycles and ISO9002 quality assurance certification was achieved in 1994. The products include diverse types of high-grade bicycles in small lots and also it provides customers with original, individualized designs. Now it has become a specialist of high-end bikes in bicycle field and has accumulated a great bundle of technical know-how, which enable every unit of bicycles from our factory is warranted. We had supplied bicycles to Trek, Scott, Canyon, Sintesi, Honda, Norco etc in the past, and now we are producing bicycles to Schwinn, Ridgeback, Stevens etc.
With Taioku’s fast development and successful managing strategy, its scale was greatly enlarged as it constructed a new bicycle factory in Zhangjiagang Free-Trade -Zone, China on Feb.12th, 2001, which is only about two hours and half away from Shanghai PuDong airport by car. The whole area spans 76,418 square meters, of which the first phase spans 15,000 square meters. Using the latest producing facilities and adopting the most standard process management, the new plant is dedicated in the manufacture of diverse types of bicycles, including Honda riding trainer and other relative parts. The formal producing was started on the end of June in 2002 years, ISO9000 quality assurance certification was also achieved in 2003 years and we are producing bicycles to USA, Japan and Eastern Europe market, our production capability can reach 300,000 bikes in first phase.(The enclosed photos are our new factory for your reference)
